Can I cancel my order?

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 working days from the date of delivery. To do so please notify us in writing (preferably email) and return the goods back to us within the 14 day period.

If you require a refund before the goods have been dispatched by us we will refund you in full on the same business day.

If you require a refund after the goods have been received or dispatched to you - then the goods should not be unpacked on arrival and must be returned in the original condition they were supplied. The goods must also be returned by a reputable carrier to minimise the risk of damage or collected by ourselves as arranged.

While in your possession please keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. You will be responsible if they are lost, damaged, or destroyed whilst they are in your possession as ownership of the goods and title passes to you on delivery.

Please return the goods to us in good condition and within 14 days of receipt - we reserve the right to check on arrival back at our premises that there is no damage or missing parts.

On arrival back to our premises we will refund all monies paid to us less the cost of delivery and collection (if we have collected). If the product is damaged we will calculate a fair cost for any damages or missing parts. This process normally takes around 14 days to process the refund after a return.

If the product is received and is damaged then this must be noted when signing the delivery note. If it is obvious that the whole set has been damaged during transit then please refuse delivery and ask for a replacement set to be sent. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery after which responsibility cannot be accepted.

If when unpacking the goods and within 48 hours of delivery you find that there is a manufacturing fault or missing parts then there is no need to return the full set as you can contact our customer service department and they will send out replacement parts and work with you to resolve any issues.

Orders placed for made to measure products may not be cancelled.
